Landscaping

The lawns, trees, and shrubs surrounding the buildings of Mountain Shadows are common property and as such cannot be removed, modified, or added to without the submission of a Property Modification Application. (see attachment below for application) 

Unit owners may plant annuals around their units. Flower pots may be placed on the front steps and deck or on the driveway in front of the garage. Those who plant flowers must remove them at the end of the growing season. 

Any unit owner wishing to make changes to their landscaping at their own cost should submit a property modification form. 

Any concerns with landscaping or sprinklers should be reported immediately to Preferred Management.
